FWG Exit Trials - Talent ID Day
About FWG
FW Group Consultants Ltd is a sports consultancy, which has been set up to support, guide and develop young aspiring footballers across all levels of the game, on and off the pitch. The company has been put together to help footballers grow as individuals and provide an exclusive service on an individual basis modified to help them succeed and develop as players in the game. Alongside this, FWG also support football clubs with player recruitment, opposition analysis, individual analysis and scouting using our in-house bespoke Player Portal, created to identify talent across the country. The consultancy has been established in response to the lack of help and support for young footballers within non-league and professional football, and to give them the opportunity to showcase their talent within the game -for both men and women. This in turn aims to build player confidence and reputation within a very tough market. Football consultants and mentors will help grow the player in key areas of their game, both on and off the pitch. Players will have access to Strength and Conditioning (S&C) sessions, technical support and development sessions/support, and qualified Physiotherapists, who will offer injury prevention sessions and mentoring sessions. Player profiles and targets are also put in place throughout the season and are based on our in-house scouts’ feedback, where we set position specific primary and secondary targets which they must aim to meet throughout the football season. We can also provide players with access to insurance to protect them from injuries that would stop them from working and functioning in their day to day lives. The longterm plan is to help players play at the highest level possible and support them on this journey. The consultancy also supports clubs with sourcing players using our bespoke Player Portal and a wide range of scouting packages, which include Opposition and Individual scouting.
FWG Exit Trials – Talent ID Day
Given the success we have had placing players into the professional and non-league game, along with supporting football clubs at all levels with player recruitment, we will be holding our very own Exit Trials - Talent ID Day.
